are erected, the new boiler (built to scale, not as drawn for Highlander) is 
ready to fit. ALL castings (Currently £3000 plus VAT) included. Many parts 
ready made or machined. All roller bearings included.  
  
The total cost new of all this is in the region of £5000 with no work done.  
I'll accept £4250 from someone who will get a head start on a wonderful project.

I would  like to hear from anyone reading this who has built, or is building 
Keith Wilson's Bulldog/Dukedog in 5 inch gauge, or who can put me in touch with 
someone who has built one.  I have recently purchased a rolling chassis, but a 
club member tells me that there are 'serious errors' on the frames.  
Keith Wilson himself says he has had no feedback about this.

FOR SALE:  I have the following to SWAP, or sell : 
  
Part Built Durham and North Yorksire 2" Traction Engine to John Haining design. 
Complete with hydraulically tested boiler and test cert. All major machining 
has been done to a good standard. Only work needing to be done is the tender, 
cladding, spoking the wheels, and motion work. Most things are present, you 
just need to provide motion steel, a piston, a smoke box door, tender rear 
(inc water tank ) and a chimney ( upper part ). 
  
The wheels were machined from solid, and the 2 front wheels are pretty much 
there, although few rivets need changing. Horn plates, tender sides, and perch 
bracket complete. All gearing has been professionally completed, inc diff and 
steering. I can provide the construction articles, as well as a complete 
photocopied set of the drawings ( if you don't have them ). Photo's can be 
provided.  
   
I am looking for a completed, or part built 5" gauge 0-6-0 / 2-4-0 / 2-6-0 loco, 
or 3.5" gauge tender loco, as long as there is a running chassis, and the boiler 
is complete with a current certficate.  

I would like to do a swap, and do a "cashless" deal if possible...... or,  
alternatively, REASONABLE cash offers please.

FOR SALE:  5" gauge Sweet Pea. I bought the loco 1 1/2 years ago for 
GBP 1500. It is app. 90% complete. It has a professionally built boiler with 
certificate. Certificate is old and boiler probably needs to be re-tested 
before put into service but since it has never been used this should not 
present any problems. Currently the loco is disassembled and I have begun to 
strip the original paint job since it was poorly. In addition to the loco I 
have all needed fittings - brand new - that I bought for GBP 327 just recently. 

Last but not least I have a complete kit for 2 pcs. 5inch gauge bogies from 
Australia. I live in Germany but shipping should not be a big problem albeit 
a bit on the expensive side. Price idea GBP 1800 ono. Email me for more info

FOR SALE:  I have the following to SWAP, or sell : 
Part Built Durham and North Yorksire 2" Traction Engine to John Haining design. 
Complete with hydraulically tested boiler and test cert. All major machining 
has been done to a good standard. Only work needing to be done is the tender, 
cladding, spoking the wheels, and motion work. Most things are present, you 
just need to provide motion steel, a piston, a smoke box door, tender rear 
(inc water tank ) and a chimney ( upper part ). The wheels were machined from 
solid, and the 2 front wheels are pretty much there, although few rivets need 
changing. Horn plates, tender sides, and perch bracket complete. All gearing 
has been professionally completed, inc diff and steering. I can provide the 
construction articles, as well as a complete photocopied set of the drawings 
( if you don't have them ). Photo's can be provided. 
  
I am looking for a completed, or part built 5" gauge 0-6-0 / 2-4-0 / 2-6-0 loco, 
or 3.5" gauge tender loco, as long as there is a running chassis, and the boiler 
is complete with a current certficate. 
  
I would prefer to do a swap, and do a "cashless" deal if possible...... or, 
alternatively, sensible cash offers please.

tightening on the motor to pull heavier loads im a steam man and do not find 
my self with the time to repair.  good condition recently painted has been a 
powerful and reliable runner but is now unused after i perchased a steam loco. 
suplied with gell battery.  i would like £600 to help me pay for repairs needed 
on the steam engin and roling stock but am open to offers.
